What types of candies do you offer?

Step inside the Gookas candy factory and expect the unexpected. Each bag is a hand-picked, ever-changing mix of international candies from places like Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and France.

No two mixes are exactly the same. Every candy is chosen to spark curiosity, delight your taste buds, and give you a little “where has this been all my life?” moment.

No Returns (candy factory rules)

Because our candy is perishable (and edible), all sales are final—for safety reasons and to keep the magic intact.

What if I don't like a flavor or texture?

Our mixes are delightfully unpredictable and always rotating. Not every candy will be your favorite—and that’s part of the fun. After all, surprises are kind of our thing.

Are your candies gluten-free?

Some of our candies may be gluten-free, but we can’t guarantee it. Our mixes are created in environments that may contain gluten, and many of our international treats are produced in shared facilities.

If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, we recommend enjoying Gookas with care—or perhaps not until we can create a gluten-free only mix.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not just yet. For now, our candy travels within the United States only—keeping things fresh, magical, and safely delivered to your doorstep.

But never say never. We’re always dreaming up ways to send Gookas farther and wider, so international shipping may just be a future factory upgrade.

Did the bags change?

They did! You noticed that, eh? After our first round, we changed our bags for improved shipping experiences for all of our customers. Our new bags are reinforced and strong.

*Please note that with shipping, candy may settle and your bag may not appear as full as it was at the factory. 

Can I have all sour? Or all sweet?

That would be so fun. And hopefully some day soon we will have so many mixes and bags and candy helpers to make all kinds of types of candy. Send us an email or a DM on Instagram if there is a type you'd like in the future and we will take note.

Because we are a small team, please allow two business days for a response. We are so grateful you are here and will do our best to answer your questions or needs.

If your mix arrives damaged or we sent something incorrectly, just let us know. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit. Thank you for reaching out to us first to make things right!
